The quality of production is an unconditional priority, and IMP continues its search for new ways to reduce prices without damaging the quality indicators of its products.

The structure of IMP’s companies allows the distribution functions between disparate divisions to achieve maximum efficiency. Financial questions, business planning, the development of information technologies, and the training and standardization of personnel are taken care of to a large extent in the United States, while production capacities are located in the countries of Asia, (which are in close proximity to the raw material markets), and the marketing and testing of the products is delegated to regional IMP representatives where the company’s expendable materials are consumed..
Monitoring Trends in the Raw and Commodity Markets
The constant tracking of tendencies in the markets for raw materials, the monitoring of needs of experts, and consultations with outstanding experts in the field of expendable medical materials allows for purchases of the basic raw materials and in due time correction of the price policy.
Smart logistics
The favorable price differential for IMP™ goods in comparison to the cost of competitor’s products is achieved through the introduction of innovative and effective delivery of IMP™ products to the commodity market. The expenses of both the required raw materials and the transportation of the products to the end user have a real impact on the level of prices. Thus far the system of distribution has proven effective. The system essentials are as follows:
- Unlike the majority of importers who transport their goods through Western borders, IMP™ instead uses Eastern borders, thereby placing the goods with distributors who are located close the manufacturing countries and thus reducing the overall distance of transportation.
- The largest part of the shipments are distributed through warehouses. But this does not exceed Russian consumer needs, as quantities are designated by regional managers from «Medicina Alba» together with the purchasers, which are regional distributors and health care facilities. This approach does not, however, damage the company's investment in commodity stocks..
- Logistics are thought out in terms of delivery, which are reduced through the know-how of IMP™. Management of risks and stock are another added bonus to the logistical partnership with «Medicine Alba».
As a result, quality products are offered at fair prices to both consumers and business partners.
